Paul Stoetzer, NH8M, was first licensed in 1999 at the age of 14, only to upgrade all the way to Extra less than a year later. Since then, Paul has explored many interesting aspects of the hobby, including contesting (even apartment QRP contesting!), DXing, digital modes, and satellites. Paul currently serves as the Secretary and First Alternate Director of the Radio Amateur Satellite Corporation of North America (AMSAT-NA).
Paul's will be revealing his secrets on how to make big signals with little room, in a talk called Effective DX and Satellite Operation with Minimal Antennas.
