- Commercial exhibitors at the Northeast HamXposition will be hosted in the main Exhibit Hall. The Hall will be open to the public on Saturday, August 23, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Exhibitor “load-in” is scheduled for Friday, August 22, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
- Commercial Exhibitors are provided with a Vendor Badge which include admission into the show. If you need additional badges, please contact us for details.
- The Northeast HamXposition provides a securty guard to patrol the Exhibit Hall after hours.
- Commercial exhibitor space reservations will take place through our online reservation portal – COMING SOON
